Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@qxeen.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will process a full refund. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the size you need.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
