We offer standard and express shipping within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Express shipping delivers within 2-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

QXEEN ships to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through our Track Order page. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Every QXEEN order is carefully packaged in our signature materials. We use recyclable and minimal packaging designed to protect your items while reducing environmental impact. Each piece is wrapped individually with care.
